Playhouse Disney Live!

So back in Februray I took Brandon to the Disney Live Concert. We went with my friend Miranda and her little boy Aidan. It was tons of fun for the boys. In the program there were many of the friends from the Playhouse Disney shows, one being the ever popular among Brandon and Aidan.......THE LITTLE EINSTEINS. I don't think there isn't a day that I don't hear, "We need more power". I haven't put anything on the blog before because I was waiting for my pictures from my friend. Well, they came to dinner tonight so I told her to bring her camera so I could make my copy. We used her camera there because it was much better than mine. So I actually have pictures of this event. Here are a few for your enjoyment.

So I gave in and finished shaving Brandon's hair. Plus look at my little man looking all grown up in his new Easter suit.

Once again it was taken with phone. Went looking for camera yesterday and need to save up a few more pennies before I can get the one I want.

A little part of me still hopes we will find the other one. I really want the pictures that are on it.

Surprises for daddy.....and mommy

So me and Brandon thought it would be fun to play a trick on daddy. I cut Brandon's hair into a mohawk, and then we waited until daddy came home and what was his reaction. "Do you think your funny?" My answer was "So your saying you don't like it? :)

Then here is the sad part of the story....I was going to put some pictures of his hair on here but as I was looking for the camera I couldn't find it. So I start thinking of places it could be.....I check the car, the 2 bags I took to Salt Lake last weekend and all over the house and I can not find it. So I called my mother and she said she would check her house when she got home from work. Well, she didn't have it at her home either. So then I start "racking" my brain to figure out where it might be and then I remember the last time I used it was at the swimming pool with my sister on Saturday. So I call the swimming pool and it wasn't turned in......of course who would turn in a digital camera......oh wait I WOULD!! So here we are just hoping that we might just find it magically under something in the house or car, but I am slowly starting to realize that all of my pictures are gone from the time Brandon broke his arm until now. That is what makes me so mad. I wish that whoever took it would have just turned in the memory card but how good is the camera without one of those? So we tried to take some pictures with Andy's cell phone so I apologize that the quality isn't the best.

#1 in the state!!!!

So my mother, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and I bowled in a state women's bowling tournament. We are pleased to announce that we took FIRST!! I am really excited about it. Me and my mom didn't do so hot in the single or double competition but the other two did really good. I guess all that practice paid off for them, they bowled like 2-3 times a week for about a month before the tournament. Maybe I should have then maybe I would have done better. Of course I am not complaining, we all did pretty good overall. No I didn't get another 256 but that is okay, I don't expect I will be seeing another one of those any time soon. :) I can post some pictures later, I need to get them from my mother-in-law first. We had some pretty cute matching shirts. We are going to try our luck at Nationals next year in Reno.

Now I am just itching for softball to start! :)

The Update.....

So many of you have been asking for the update on the Blackfoot job. So here is what I know so far....... I had my phone interview a week ago and the interviewer informed me that I "nailed" one portion of the interview but didn't do so hot on the other section. So she told me that I needed to make sure I had some information for that section when I had my next interview. She also said that she would call me sometime in the beginning of this week and I hadn't heard from her so I called her today.
In the meantime the re-opened the job posting. So she informed me today that they are wanting to get more applicants and she would let me know. I don't know what all of that means but I guess I get to just wait and see. The posting ends on the 29th. So I don't think I will know anything until the middle of April.......I guess they aren't too desperate to get someone hired. I am hoping that they will give me another shot at it. I know there is usually 2-3 interviews before they pick someone.

Interview...

So my long awaited interview for the Blackfoot, ID service manager job is now been set for Thursday at 12:15. I am very nervous. I have never done a phone interview before. Not quite sure if they will be able to see my personality over the phone. I have asked around to a couple people that have had a phone interview before to see what they might be looking for. Still not for positive. I just hope that I can answer all of their questions with the "right answers". I will keep you all informed as to how it goes. I don't think I will know anymore until next week and then we can go from there.

Job Opportunity?

Look at me this is post #4 for the day........

So yesterday I recieved a call from the Recurting office of Idaho Falls area. They informed me that they will be setting up interviews next week for the Service Manager job in Blackfoot, ID. I will let you all know how that goes. I am really hoping to get it because we are ready to move on with our lives and start building our own homes and buisness.

I have a friend in Pocatello that will let me "crash" at her house until Andy were to sell our house in Logan. Hopefully that wouldn't take too long. But I guess you never know. RIGHT? Afterall it really isn't your plan that ends up working out.

Like Father, Like Son

As you all know Andy is doing some tile in our dinning room. Well one day Brandon wanted to help becasue "He had founded his screwer thingy and wanted to do some screwing".

So him and daddy did some "screwing". Brandon got a little upset because the screws didn't fit on his drill. So he thought he would try daddy's. Don't worry we didn't let him.

Just in case you are wondering......the tile is still not done! I am hoping this weekend will be it. Andy will be here by himself and no one to get in the way so I really hope this is it.

Bowling Is Fun....

For Brandon's birthday we went bowling with Andy's family. It was tons of fun! Brandon is going to be a pro someday. He loves to go. I still can't believe that my baby turned 4 a week ago. He is getting so big.

Speaking of bowling...... I would like to tell all of you some very exciting news (for me at least). On Wednesday I went bowling, I sub on a league about 3 times a month, and I got a personal best of 256! That is right I said 256! I was sooooooo excited I called everyone I knew to tell them. Well, the ones in my life that care about bowling anyway. Andy was excited to he called his mom, and wants to do something to celebrate. We are bowling in the state tournament this weekend I hope that I can do that good there too. I will keep you all posted.

If I became a millionare....

I would pay off my debt, and my parents, and grandparents, buy me a 4-door jeep, and Andy a Viper. I would also adopt about 6 kids from africa or china. Then the rest would go into some kind of savings so I never had to worry about money again. I would live off of the interest.

Some things you might not know about me....

About 5 years ago Andy and I drove across country, from Logan to Mississippi, in about 38 hours. And yes I would do it again. I have only been to 2 major league baseball games, not much of a fan. I am currently waiting to hear back from a job that I applied for in Blackfoot, ID. I have 2 sisters named Angie. I am currently trying to get pregnant with my 2nd child, but we are not having much luck.
